Studio Rentals

• 2 hours booking: $235
• Half-Day (4 hours): $460
• Full Day (8 hours): $850

Studio Guidelines

General Guidelines:

• Treat the studio space, furniture, props, and all equipment with care and respect.
• Avoid dragging furniture across the floor to prevent damage.
• If you rearrange any props or furniture, please return them to their original positions.
• Feel free to play your own music by connecting to the provided speakers.

Damages:

• Any furniture or props found broken, stained, or damaged during your booking will incur charges for repair or full replacement.
• Loading and unloading must be done within your booked time slot.
• Overtime fees may apply for extended use beyond your scheduled booking.

Scheduling:

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Ensure your booking time includes any needed setup or cleanup.

Parking:

• Please feel free to use the three parking spots available right in front of the studio. If you need extra parking, there’s convenient on-street parking nearby.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

• Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before your original booking.
• Bookings may be rescheduled a maximum of one time.
• No-shows will not be eligible for rescheduling.
